Lots of people have been waiting patiently (and not so patiently) for The Cuttung Edge Music Festival to finally get here, and the wait is finally over. Bingemans Camping Resort off of Victoria Street North in Kitchener is about to be taken over by thousands of music lovers anxiously trying to get as close to the stage as possible for a glimpse of their favourite performers. There are plenty to choose from with 39 bands on the lineup, plus several DJ’s performing at the Smirnoff Dance Warehouse.

The festival promoters ran a contest that had people promoting the CEMF through facebook with the prize being the winners passes would be upgraded to VIP status.

Is there a better way to spend an August long weekend than camping out with your friends at one of Ontario’s premier campgrounds, listening to a couple of dozen fantastic bands performing on 2 different stages? I sure can’t think of one!
