Victoria Park has been home to many good times this summer like the Non-Violence Festival, Ribfest & Craft Beer Show, and many others. The summer is not over yet, and neither are the good times in the park. Today, the LINK Picnic Festival is being held in Victoria Park in the center of Kitchener.
