Local Vibe

Well our Intern Contest has come to a close and after we went through many submissions to determine exactly who we thought was best to join our team for the coming events and beyond, we have narrowed the search down to two finalists.

We appreciate all of the interest that we received during this promotion, however we couldn’t let everyone in so there are now two unique people that are going to be the envy of thousands of others as we head out and cover all of the big events that are coming our way in the coming months.

Our special congratulations go out to Carolyn Marsh and Joevanna Magnusson, both of Kitchener. We certainly look forward to both of you joining our team and I am sure that our readers are going to appreciate the different perspectives and writing styles that you will both bring to the pages of our website.

You will be able to see both of these girls running around at this weeks Beat Rocks The Block event, and you can continue to keep an eye out for them at future events as they gather the info that you guys want to read. If you know either of these two, make sure you offer your congratulations as well as they truly stood out from the crowd and are ready to make their mark on the local music scene.
