Crank up the RPM

I recently had the honour and privilege of meeting and photographing Larry Berrio, Country Artist/Cowboy. Heralding from Sudbury Ontario, with a local band and manager/promoter, he rocks the crowd with a stamina and energy that flows over into his eager audience. As a result, the crowd is worked up to a feverish frenzy by his rugged sex appeal and fabulous smile.
Ian and I were invited to the Stampede Ranch’s Grand Re-Opening to photograph Larry and his crew and what a truly memorable experience. This once country music pessimist has forever been converted. I accredit this completely to the high powered sound and lively presence that Larry brings to the big stage and the hilarious, two-stepping antics of his manager Jeff Sheppard. I have never met a more down to earth, appreciative, personable, humble pair then these guys.
I can not say it enough; if you have not had the amazing experience of catching Larry Berrio live, do yourself a generous favour and get your ass out to The Ranch in Barrie on April 19 or the Uptown Country Music Festival in Waterloo on June 20 for a toe tapping, knee slapping, line dancing party; that will leave you breathless for more LARRY BERRIO…I know I can’t wait for my next show.
Don’t forget to grab your copy of Larry’s CD RPM…my drive into work hasn’t been the same since.
Larry can be found at:

See you at the Ranch in Barrie and the music festival in Waterloo!!!

Yee Haw!Stacey,
I love to see an artist as talented as you are with your photography utilizing your talent in other avenues, and, like several other musician/writer/photographers we have here who have made a name for themselves in another art form (boudoir photos for the uninformed…http://www.giaproductions.com/boudoir/ ) take a peek, double dog dare you!
I’m hoping you will take your talent out of the boudoir, and onto the stage, and tell us about it. and yes, you can talk dirty, tell us what you feel.

Now that I look at it again, I have a complaint…and it was something that was said to Ian and I early on. MORE PICTURES!!
4 or 5 pics an article shouldn’t be a prob, and as much as I hate to admit it, a picture is worth a ..blah blah blah.

I am so glad you have taken the chance to come out and enjoy some great country music. It is people like you who make it possible for artists to share their music!!!!
Cheers
Jeff
